Last Show Recap

Dave Schrader (email) welcomes John Herlosky, former police officer and instructor, and expert in the field of human performance technologies, who as a skeptic, was perhaps one of the last people to become a believer in the power of "consciousness related phenomena." He'll discuss how he became an operational remote viewer, along with the turmoil he felt as his long-held beliefs clashed with the powerful implications of his experiences. First hour guest, Christy Beam, shares the tale of her daughter's miraculous healing.

From 6-10 pm PT, Art Bell: Somewhere in Time returns to 1/16/02 when hypnotist Vincent Lords talked about his weird experiences after beating David Blaine's record of being buried alive for 12 days, including healing abilities and levitation. Listen here.

1920 Seance

A photograph of a group gathered at a seance, taken by William Hope (1863-1933) in about 1920. The information accompanying the spirit album states that the table is levitating. In reality, the image of a ghostly arm has been superimposed over the table using a double exposure.
