Couple Finds Deadly Tropical Plant... in England

Phyllis Abbott, 79, and husband George, 84, discovered a deadly tropical plant called the Devil's Snare growing in their Suffolk, UK garden. It is normally found in the Amazon and used by South American Indians to poison their hunting weapons. The plant's venom causes blurred vision and hallucinations, and can lead to coma and death. Experts believe the seeds of the toxic plant arrived by way of bird droppings. Read more at The Telegraph.
