As the invasive lionfish continues to ravage America's Gulf Coast, environmentalists have come up with a unique concept to combat their ever-growing presence: start eating them. The hope is that the plan could actually solve an additional environmental problem as, should consumers take to the lionfish, it could replace other seafood entrees which are in danger of being overfished, themselves.
