Earlier this week British daredevil, Gary Connery, became the first person ever to complete a 2400-ft skydive without deploying a parachute. The 42-year-old father-of-two jumped from a helicopter wearing a specially designed "wing suit" that allowed him to glide safely to the landing area—a pile of 18,600 cardboard boxes.
