The National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP) has released its report on the UFO seen hovering over O'Hare International Airport on November 7, 2006. The object, referred to as Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) in the report, was seen by a number of highly reliable witnesses. The NARCAP report examines the eye witness accounts, as well as the FAA's 'Hole-in-Cloud' explanation and the safety implications of the UAP.
