Rivers on the Red Planet

The European Space Agency's Mars Express spacecraft has captured astonishing new images of a 4-mile wide, 900-mile long river that that once flowed across the Red Planet. This impressive structure located in the Reull Vallis region of Mars is almost 1,000 feet deep and flanked by numerous tributaries. According to experts, the river-like channel shows a remarkable resemblance to areas on Earth affected by glacial flow. More at Mail Online.
