Investigative reporter Kristi Piehl(1) appeared briefly in the second half hour. Piehl said detectives Kevin Gannon and Anthony Duarte have been asked to consult on a drowning death in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania to see if it could be related to their investigation of the Smiley Face Killers.
