Too Good To Be True?

This photo of a bizarre creature was recently featured in a newspaper from Quatar. The woman who took it claims that she saw the entity in a parking lot and snapped the picture before it disappeared from sight. While the image is remarkably clear, the being's comical "waving hand" makes it rather suspicious. More on the story can be found at Cryptomundo.
