Stephen Wagner of About: Paranormal Phenomena recently posted a feature, The Best Ghost Photos Ever Taken(1), which includes remarkable images and the stories behind them. The photo on the left, known as 'The Brown Lady,' is thought by some to be the ghost of Lady Dorothy Townshend who lived in the 18th century.
