Video: Invisibility Cloak

A University of Texas Dallas physicist has demonstrated a technology that may one day lead to Harry Potter-like invisibility cloaks. Ali Aliev, the scientist behind the discovery, uses carbon nanotubes the size of pieces of thread. As the threads are rapidly heated, objects behind them appear to disappear in an effect similar to a mirage. Check out the video at Yahoo! News.
