Standing a mere 2 feet, 3 inches tall, Bridgette Jordan has been declared the world's shortest woman by Guinness World Records. The 22-year-old Illinois native also shares a second Guinness record, world's shortest siblings, thanks to her brother's 3 foot, 2 inch height.
