El Chupacabras
I used to live in Puerto Rico in the early/mid-90's when the Chupacabras was on the local news almost everyday. There were reports of dead cattle and farm animals to the point that a local mayor mobilized the National Guard to hunt it down. So this (below) is my interpretation of what some people claimed they saw.
