At Sego Canyon, north of Thompson, Utah, my Father and I, visited a site known for ancient Indian art work (ancient pictographs). It was obvious that the Ute Indians saw something outside of their world. Some of their pictographs look very much like space travelers and aliens with large eyes (see photo below).
