This sound recording was made in Louisiana (I no longer live there) about 12 years ago when I had gone out to Bussey Brake to check on my sons who were night fishing. I happened to have my oldest son's small mini-cassette recorder in the glove compartment of the car, and after hearing some strange cries when I stopped my car at the entrance to Bussey, I grabbled it and stepped outside the car.

There is only one scream of the "thing" on this tape. I think it may be a bigfoot. There have been reports of Bigfoot sightings on and off for many years up there.

After taping this cry, I suddenly was filled with the greatest of fear, and my own screams of terror are also recorded on the tape as I hurried and scrambled to return to my car. Ironically, my boys had already left for home (I must have passed them on the way), so I was out there all alone with whatever this thing was.

Attached is the only bit of the tape that I have left...a friend converted it to a different file for audio on the computer. I really want to know what this horrible cry was.
