Hi, my name is Josh. I am a security officer at a construction site in Merrimack, NH. I am normally here from 6am-6pm every week day. I'm right next to the Manchester airport and I can see planes taking off and landing from my post all night. It's kind of fun to watch.

Well, here is what i saw at 03-13-03 at 11:05 (see diagram below). I was watching a rather large jet plane taking off from Manchester airport, heading off to the southwest area of Merrimack. As I watched the plane climbing and heading off into the southwest, I noticed a white orb with no trail behind it, fly down towards the ground right past the right side of the plane. I thought to myself, wow that meteor just had a near miss with that airplane.

But just then, no more than 30 seconds later the white orb-like object flew BACK UP FROM THE DAMN GROUND PAST THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PLANE!!!!!! I said out loud to myself, I definitely have had too much coffee. How can a meteor fly up? After about 15 seconds went by, the orb went by again traveling really fast from the left side of the plane, going right over it and into the east and disappeared.

Almost two minutes later the orb flew right in front of me, going north toward the airport and the Manchester Bedford area at a high rate of speed and disappeared. From where I was observing this, the plane was about the size of a penny and the orb/meteor looked almost the size of a BB. Almost 15 minutes later a very strong wind came from the South; it felt like it almost was going to knock my trailer/security house over and it's not a windy night! What ever it was, it sure did freak me out. I thought to myself-- good thing I'm armed!
