Biography:

Dr. Robert Bartholomew is a sociologist specializing in studying mass hysteria and social delusions, having published articles on this topic in The British Medical Journal, The British Journal of Psychiatry, The American Journal of Epidemiology, and others. His most recent teaching position was at James Cook University in Queensland, Australia. He is now a freelance writer living in the US.
