Sylvia Browne is known the world over for her psychic talent, her counseling ability, and her research into parapsychology. Sylvia first noticed her psychic ability when she was three years old and for many years shared her gift with family and friends. After moving to California in 1964, she continued assisting people privately. Then in 1974, Sylvia incorporated a foundation for psychic research, now known as "The Sylvia Browne Corporation." To further her goals, in 1986 she formed the Society of Novus Spiritus, which is based upon a Christian Gnostic theology. She also donates many hours to help find missing children, and assists police in solving crimes.

Intuitions & Phenomena |
|
| Thursday September 8, 2005 |
Acclaimed psychic Sylvia Browne returned to offer her intuitions and discuss a compendium of paranormal topics. Her immediate concern was over trucks which she said should be checked by extra security. She does not however see a nuclear attack coming to America. Sylvia also noted that the missing Natalee Holloway is in "deep water" and no longer alive. At a caller's request she viewed a serial killer in the Edmonton, Alberta area. His name, she said, is Jacob or Jake, a short and stocky man with a broad face, darkly complected and with deep set eyes. She believes he'll be apprehended within a month.Sylvia discussed the phenomenon of doppelgangers—she said she once saw herself coming down the stairs when she was already in the living room. Among her other comments: Practices such as astrology and numerology are enhanced when combined with intuition. To those on "The Other Side," we may be the ones who appear as ghosts. We never went to the moon. She doesn't see beyond the year

2005 and Beyond |
|
| Thursday December 30, 2004 |
Psychic Sylvia Browne returned to the show to share her predictions for 2005 and beyond. "I think we're going to see more and more of these," she said of the recent quake and tsunami in Indonesia. "We're going to have these terrible eruptions everywhere—we're in a polar tilt." She believes we only have about "80 more years left" before life as we know it ends on this planet. Then another planet such as Mercury or Venus, "swings into place" and the whole cycle of life starts anew there, she declared.Yet she also predicted that 2005 will be a better year than 2004. The economy will rebound a bit in the beginning of the year and then pick up more steam by mid-year. Unemployment will go down, and in the stock market, the medical technology field will do particularly well, she said. Weather-wise she forecast that Florida and North Carolina will be hit hard in 2005. Among her other comments & predictions: North Korea is of major concern and they should be watched closely. The la

Psychic Forecast |
|
| Thursday July 22, 2004 |
A professional psychic for nearly 50 years, Sylvia Browne returned to the show to share her predictions for the next 100 years. Beyond that time she runs into a black wall. "I don't have writer's block, I have a psychic block," she chuckled. Browne also offered details of her two different encounters with alien beings. One took place in Death Valley with a group of seven other witnesses who ascertained that a cloaked mothership was in the sky above them. On the ground, she said she walked towards "silhouettes of very tall entities," who sent her a telepathic communication that they were here to observe. In the other encounter, Browne described being at a restaurant lounge and meeting a man who had never heard of baseball and "drank his jello." Her spirit guide informed her that he was actually "from Andromeda." Here are some of the events she foresees: There will be asteroid activity in the years 2021-29, with a "big collision" in Arizona or the Southwest. The East Coast and Ja

Spirituality & Psychic Intuition |
|
| Thursday February 19, 2004 |
"I think Osama is dead and we'll find out before Spring," said legendary psychic, Sylvia Browne (sylvia.org), who returned to the program to share her intuitions and discuss her new book. In the next two years she sees the economy taking a nosedive, but after that it will "resurrect" itself, she said. She also expressed concern that tsunamis could hit the East Coast, affecting an area as far up as New York and Connecticut. Browne talked about her new book Mother God in which she has put together research and accounts detailing the concept of the female divinity. The female principle of God acts as an "interceptor, miracle worker, and activator," and can be approached with problems. In fact, Mother God has "her own band of angels," she said. "I actually wanted to be a nun," said Browne, who believes her spiritual work takes precedence over her psychic gifts. Demonstrating her psychic intuition, Browne told George that his spirit guide is named Matthew and was alive during

The Other Side |
|
| Wednesday October 22, 2003 |
Psychic Sylvia Browne (sylvia.org) who is pictured below, returned to C2C to offer predictions and share tales from "the other side." Among her forecasts are the death of Saddam Hussein by the end of this year, a Democratic president elected in 2004, and the possible eruption of the volcano at Yellowstone within the next 3-4 months. "I think the whole thing is gonna blow," she said.Differentiating her encounters with ghosts and spirits, Browne said that spirits have crossed over, while ghosts don't realize they've passed on and are caught between worlds, wondering why other people are occupying their spaces. Interestingly, she revealed that she can't sleep in a completely darkened room, as she witnesses too much "activity," but a little light diffuses the visible energy of ghosts. Among the most haunted locations Browne has visited were the former homes of Bela Lugosi and Alfred Hitchcock. Lugosi's in particular, had disturbing ghosts that were drinking blood and shoot

Psychic Talks |
|
| Thursday May 1, 2003 |
"I think all of us came with a cell phone from God," said psychic Sylvia Browne (sylvia.org), who chatted with George for the first time on Thursday night. Browne experienced her psychic gifts at an early age, when she first began hearing the voice of her spirit guide. A spirit guide is someone who was once incarnate, whereas an angel doesn't take human form, she explained. Angels might be seen as round orb forms and "they have light emitting from them," she added. "I did not find one single solitary soul that didn't make it," Browne said of her visitation to the Ground Zero site. She had thought that some souls might be trapped there after the 9-11 attacks but then concluded that some major angels or "principalities were standing around the Towers helping people go to the other side." Interestingly Browne said she has never been to see a psychic herself and is content not to know her own future. With her book about angels just out, Browne is already planning her next, which
