An expert in allergies and energy medicine, Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby shared his research and experimentation into various alternative treatment approaches. He made recommendations for people in various age groups. 20-30 years old: Use moderation in alcohol, caffeine and alcohol consumption as overuse can show up as damage in later years. 40-50's: Break the sedentary habit, reduce food portions and carbs.60+: Avoid foods that don't suit you and cause stress on your body.Among the healing machines he discussed was the SCENAR, a battery powered biofeedback device (he has successfully used the RTIM 197.4 model) and the Vega, a kind of electro-acupuncture that can diagnose allergies.
