William Buhlman is a leading expert on out-of-body experiences. The author's thirty years of extensive personal out-of-body explorations give him a unique and thought provoking insight into this subject. During the last eight years he has conducted an international out-of-body experience survey that includes over 16,000 participants from 32 countries. The provocative results of this survey are presented in his latest book, The Secret of the Soul. As a certified hypnotherapist, William incorporates various methods, including hypnosis, visualization and meditation techniques in his workshops to explore the profound nature of out-of-body experiences and the benefits of accelerated personal development. Through lectures, workshops and his books the author teaches the preparation and techniques of authentic spiritual exploration.
OBEs: The Benefits of Astral Travel |

| Wednesday March 5, 2008 |
Speaker and author William Buhlman discussed the latest research on out-of-body experiences (OBEs). During these experiences a person moves into an astral realm-- a dimension of existence apart from the physical world. There are many benefits that can be gained during OBEs. You become an explorer who can ascertain direct knowledge about one's existence rather than just adhering to a belief system, he explained. During sleep, people actual separate from their bodies, if only a few inches, Buhlman pointed out, adding that one purpose of sleep may be to recharge the body by accessing the etheric plane. He shared a technique for inducing OBEs: Get up after about 4 hours of sleep, and lie down on a couch instead of your bed. Then, repeat the affirmation "now I'm out of my body" and hold onto that thought. People have reported having communications with deceased loved ones and family pets during astral travels. But,the natural evolution in an OBE is to slowly lose human for

OBE expert William Buhlman shared the latest developments in OBE research, culled from over 16,000 survey responses and personal experiences, as well as techniques to self-initiate Out-of-Body Experiences. To help induce OBEs, Buhlman suggested saying an affirmation ("Now I separate from my body" or "Now I'm out of body") just before going to sleep. Another technique he discussed involves visually imagining and touching distant objects. Buhlman said these methods should be practiced 20 minutes each night for 30 to 60 days. Eventually, one will be able to enter the vibrational frequency associated with OBEs.Buhlman believes we inhabit a "multi-dimensional universe" in which several dimensions of different vibrational states co-exist, forming the underpinnings of the material world. According to Buhlman, visiting these "astral planes" via OBEs not only affords people the opportunity to create their own physical reality, but provides convincing evidence of existence beyond

William Buhlman (astralinfo.org), one of America's leading experts on out-of-body experiences (OBEs), shared his research from an international OBE survey he conducted that included over 16,000 participants from 32 countries. In the first hour Art spoke with "Morgan" a self-proclaimed vampire, who said he belongs to a coven in Kentucky, sleeps during the day in a coffin and was "born with a bloodlust."

Thursday night's first half featured war analysis with former UNSCOM weapons inspector Bill Tierney, while the latter two hours of the show delved into the mind with OBE expert William Buhlman. "Ultimately it comes down to a gut check because often the intelligence is not there," Tierney (wfxt@earthlink.net) said about the search for Saddam. Tierney, who is fluent in Arabic and worked as an interpreter/interrogator at Camp X-Ray Guantanamo Bay, commented on the Fedayeen, a fierce brigade under the command of Uday Hussein (Saddam's son). He said that while some are "weekend warriors," many in this unit have undergone rigorous training. They are capable of being worked up into a frenzy where they might grab a wild dog and eat it he said. Tierney also outlined why he believes the 9-11 attacks can be traced back to Iraq. An internal vibration like that of a jet engine could be the first clue that you are about to have an out-of-body experience (OBE) said William Buhlman (willi
