Jeff Danelek

Biography:

J. Allan Danelek (Jeff) has been a graphic artist for over twenty years and a paranormal researcher/writer for the last five. He enjoys exploring his subjects from an objective, scientific perspective. Jeff is the author of Reconsidering Atlantis: A New Look at a Prehistoric Civilization, The Mystery of Reincarnation, and The Case for Ghosts: An Objective Look at the Paranormal. He has also written for FATE magazine and is currently pursuing a career as a novelist. Besides writing, his hobbies include science and Fortean subjects such as Bigfoot, UFOs and things that go bump in the night.

Author Jeff Danelek presented his research into ghosts and reincarnation from an objective perspective. Defining ghosts as the "disembodied consciousness of a human being," he suggested that they take their form through ambient energy, such as static electricity or ionized particles. Some orbs seen in photographs could represent primitive ghost states, he added. Everything puts out an electromagnetic signature and when there is a dramatic rise at a particular location (such as at an abandoned theatre he investigated), it could indicate ghostly or paranormal activity. Ghosts have a variety of purposes or missions-- some might be here because they refuse to let go, others are curious, mischievous or malevolent, Danelek stated. The cycle of reincarnation allows souls to gather a myriad of experiences, but the accrued knowledge is retained on the soul level rather than in the conscious mind, he reported.
