Randy Hayman is General Counsel for Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD).His experience includes 12 years in the area of civil litigation as a trial attorney; former assistant attorney general for the state of Missouri; Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan, Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center; member of the bars of Missouri, U.S. District Courts of Eastern & Western, Missouri and the U.S. Supreme Court.
