Glenn Kessler

Biography:

Glenn Kessler, a Managing Partnerat HCD Research, ushered in the Internet as a medical marketing research tool, and was instrumental in introducing and producing worldwide Internet symposia for medical societies and health care professionals. In addition, he has assisted large and mid-sized companies in developing strategies for merging product lines and sales organizations.

Prior to founding HCD Research, Kessler held sales and marketing positions with Roche Diagnostic Systems, Inc. and Ortho Diagnostics Systems, a Johnson & Johnson company. In addition to his experience in the diagnostics industry, he was a market research analyst for Time Life Incorporated. Kessler also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore, where he instructed undergraduates in consumer behavior as part of the college's marketing program. Kessler earned a BA degree from American University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Guest Host Hilly Rose (email) presented Twas the Night After Christmas-The Miracle Show. In the1st hour Glenn Kessler of HCD Research discussed a survey of physicians that his organization conducted that showed a 74% belief in miracles. The survey also revealed that a majority of doctors encourage prayer for their patients and sometimes even pray for them themselves. AuthorsBrad & Sherry Steiger discussed miracles and shared inspirational stories of healings in the middle two hours of the show. We believe there's a "miracle factor," that is not fully understood, said Brad. He recounted the story of Bobby, an 8-year old boy who had cancer that had spread to his lungs. While being given a radiation treatment, the boy had an angelic encounter in which he was taken to heaven and told he wasn't going to die. Shortly afterwards, all signs of his cancer had disappeared.
