Dr. James Kornberg

Biography:

Dr. James Kornberg graduated from MIT with a B.S. and M.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. He also went to Harvard to earn a Doctor of Science in Environmental Engineering and in addition, enrolled in Dartmouth Medical School where he earned his M.D. degree. Dr. Kornberg is board-certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine under the American Board of Preventive Medicine and is a fellow in the American College of Preventive Medicine. For the past 25 years, Dr. Kornberg has successfully developed and operated a multi-disciplinary environmental engineering and medical consulting firm.

At present, Dr. Kornberg is President and Medical Director of COHBI Physicians, P.C. (Comprehensive Occupational Health for Business and Industry) located in Colorado. Although he has retired from direct patient care, Dr. Kornberg continues to engage in a wide assortment of interesting and challenging environmental and occupational health problems. For 38 years, Dr. Kornberg was a dear friend and colleague of the late Eugene Mallove.
