Election Forecasting |
|
| Thursday September 11, 2008 |
In this forecasting special on the election, numerologist Glynis McCants appeared for the first two hours, followed by Paul Guercio of the Merlin Project in the latter half.McCants sized up the candidates, noting that Obama and Biden are both '2" lifepaths, so they are a compatible team. But Biden, she said, is in a personal year of '5' which can be a difficult time for a '2' lifepath. Palin is a '6,' a natural match with McCain who's also a '2.' Born on an '11' day, she looks to be a "powerhouse" this year, McCants continued. This is the first election that McCants can recall the two presidential candidates both having the same lifepath number. If Obama and Biden stop focusing on Palin and get back to the issues, she predicts they will be victorious. George offered a prediction of his own-- Biden will step down and be replaced by Hillary Clinton. Guercio discussed Timetraks of the candidates using Merlin, a software-based forecasting technology that offers predictiv

'Prank' Calls |
|
| Friday August 8, 2008 |
During Open Lines, George offered a special topic line for people who have ever played a prank on someone or had a prank played on them. Christina in Dallas said she once snuck into the house of an enemy and placed an incredibly bad smelling Japanese 'daikon' radish behind the couch in order to ruin an important party. John from Connecticut told George he and some friends released three pigs at their high school. John said the pigs were numbered 1, 2 and 4. After school officials captured the three pigs, John continued, they were still on the lookout for a nonexistent pig #3. Michael in Texas recalled the time he dressed up like a Gray alien and startled a sleeping friend, who he said shot up to the top of his headboard in fright. Lori, also from Texas, remembered when she found out that her boyfriend had been cheating on her and decided to get back at him for it. During a dinner with all of their friends and family in attendance and her boyfriend set to propose, Lori said she

Secret Door VI |
|
| Tuesday April 29, 2008 |
After a first hour of Open Lines, six surprise guests joined us in separate segments for our latest edition of Behind the Secret Door. Numerologist Glynis McCants kicked things off with a look at the rest of 2008. Regarding the election, McCain is a 2 'lifepath' and is in a personal year of 2-- so "the stars are lined up for this man," she declared. Yet, she doesn't count Hillary out, who is in a personal year of 1. Obama, she noted, is in a year of 4, and learning lessons as he goes. Next, author Robert Zubrin warned that the OPEC cartel wants to crash the American economy and then "buy out the wreckage." He argued for a flex fuel mandate (so that cars will run on both gasoline and alcohol) and said that increased ethanol production is not related to food shortages. 500 million acres of US farmland are not being utilized, and we have tremendous capacity to expand production, he commented. Filmmaker and radio host Alex Jones suggested that New World Order forces were using a

Robots Today and Tomorrow |
|
| Sunday February 10, 2008 |
Roboticist Daniel H. Wilson returned to the program to talk about the current state of robotics and how robots could be used to battle zombies, invading aliens, werewolves, and ninjas. He detailed the latest evolution in robots that are in the marketplace today, like the Roomba vacuum and automated lawnmowers. According to Wilson, one of the keys to advancements in these "consumer robots" is the ability to have an "emergency stop," both to act as a human override and to assure consumers of safety. He also noted the increasing trend of people being forced to "structure their environment" to accommodate the robots working around them. Wilson talked about some hypothetical or off-kilter uses for robots, as detailed in his latest book How to Build a Robot Army. One such scenario was a zombie outbreak, where he suggested that robots would be ideal since they are immune to becoming zombies, but must also be liquid-proof so that they can destroy their undead attackers. He said th

2008 & Compatible Numbers |
|
| Thursday January 10, 2008 |
Numerologist Glynis McCants offered a forecast of what's in store for 2008, reviewed her past comments about 2007, and spoke about number compatibilities. We are entering a "1" year (2 + 0 + 0 + 8 = 10 = 1). "I'm excited about this year," she said, noting it's a year of change, with revelations of what people are doing. In a "1" year, you are encouraged to step up, and motivated or ambitious people can do quite well, she said. However, the Earth's climate will become even more out of whack this year, she added.McCants on Election '08: As far as the political candidates go, Hillary Clinton is in a "personal year" of "1" and looks to be the strongest Democratic candidate, though Obama, a "2" lifepath, will be able to wow audiences. On the Republican side, McCain and Giuliani look the strongest, though Ron Paul might decide to run as an Independent. There are natural combinations of lifepath numbers that go together, she detailed: 1-5-7, 2-4-8, and 3-6-9. Some combinations can

Kicking off the New Year, Ian Punnett hosted Coast to Coast AM's annual prediction show featuring psychics and prognosticators sharing what they see coming in the year 2008. In order of the guests' appearances, here are some of the highlights: Trendcaster Gerald Celente: 2008 will bring an "economic 9-11" in which big financial firms are going to collapse from the top down. As greed and corruption are seeped out, there will be great opportunities for entrepreneurs to move into the failing system. With the rise in food prices and property taxes, people can no longer afford things, and will revolt against the current tax system.

During Open Lines, George played the role of skeptic and offered a 'Convince Me' hotline for callers who thought they could persuade him that their stories were true. One caller attempted to convince George in the reality of heaven, but his arguments did not satisfy the Coast host.Another caller presented a persuading and touching story about the loss of a loved one and the possibility of an afterlife. Eight years ago as his father lay dying in a hospital, the caller explained, a beam of sunlight broke through the overcast sky and shone on his father's bed. The caller said his father died a few moments later just as the beam of light vanished. The experience allowed him to believe in life after death, the caller noted. George agreed.Dave from Lake Cooper, New Jersey shared an unsettling experience he had after moving into his new apartment. Looking at 6/6/6 |
|
| Tuesday June 6, 2006 |
In the first half of the show three guests offered their commentary on the significance of the 6/6/6 date. Father Felix Just, a Jesuit priest, suggested that people often take material out of context from the Bible and add their own meanings to it. The number 666 may have actually been connected to Emperor Nero in the first century, he added. Numerologist Glynis McCants noted that today's date is actually 6/6/2006 which breaks down to a "2" which is typically about peace and harmony rather than something tumultuous. The "attitude" of the 6/6 date is a "3" which has to do with communication, which explains why the day got people talking so much about it, she said.

Surveillance & Electronic Attacks |
|
| Wednesday April 5, 2006 |
Electronics expert & counter-surveillance specialist, Roger Tolces returned to discuss the increase in wiretapping and his work in assisting victims of electronic harassment. He commented that in the era of the Patriot Act and increased government surveillance, now more than ever, our society has begun to resemble George Orwell's 1984. The NSA's surveillance of US citizens involves a staggering amount of "data mining," in which both phone and computer communications are scanned for key words, he reported, adding that the major telecoms allow the NSA to eavesdrop on calls without providing any warrants.Electronic harassment typically involves using an electronic device for the purpose of causing mental or physical harm or stealing information, he noted. Among the more unusual technologies he's seen used, include "dream insertion"-- in which a specific dream state is projected into a person's consciousness and "remote sexual attack" which can be instigated by a directed energy device

Numerology Review |

| Thursday January 5, 2006 |
Professional numerologist Glynis McCants returned to review her 2005 forecast, present some highlights for 2006, and offer readings for callers. She had correctly predicted Michael Jackson's acquittal as well as storms and water disturbances taking place in 2005. The new year is an "8" (2+0+0+6 = 8) and will deal with the fiscal side of things. It's a perfect year to increase value in your life, she said, but it's also a "year of justice" so that if "you're up to no good, you'll be caught in this cycle." For those following her method for increasing money in their life by carrying a #8 in their wallet, she suggested repeating the following affirmation for 15 minutes each day: "I believe in infinite abundance and my needs are always met." McCants also offered her interpretation of repeatedly seeing certain numbers, such as 1111which means the universe is open to what you want, and 111 which indicates it's time to speak up.

Intelligence Problems |
|
| Monday June 13, 2005 |
CIA expert and best selling author, John Weisman debuted on the show to discuss U.S. intelligence services and the culture inside them. The intelligence community, he declared, has been in "horrible shape" for the last two decades, because of a "huge vacuum in leadership." Further, America is facing "asymmetrical" enemies such as al-Qaeda, who effectively employ low-tech methods that can evade our high tech solutions, he said. We've been good at disrupting financial sources for al-Qaeda and capturing or killing some of their mid-level operatives, he noted. Yet organizations such as the CIA are weak when it comes to having agents who speak Arabic languages, and their sources for information are often second-hand, such as in the case of the supposed weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, he said. Further, the CIA has been hampered by strictures imposed by Congress, stated Weisman, who called these limitations a series of "thou shall nots."For instance, after the Cold War, Ru

The last two hours of the program featured Open Lines with a special topic line for callers to share their scariest moments. The first caller, a 'Major' who claimed to work for the CIA, said he was part of the "Freak Squad" -- a secret group charged with the task of recovering strange, unnatural creatures. According to the caller, he spent much of his time rounding up stray two-headed rabbits. He also insisted U.S. Army scientists used Vietnamese POWs for genetic experiments that turned them into chupacabras.Jay from Thailand described the time gunmen on a motorcycle shot at him and his wife while they were driving home from their restaurant. Fortunately, they were not injured, but their assailants remain at large. Another caller detailed his father's deathbed experience. Numbers & You |

| Monday January 10, 2005 |
Welcoming in 2005, the 'Numbers Lady,' Glynis McCants, returned to the show. A professional numerologist, she uses a system based on the "vibrations" or energy associated with the numbers 1-9, to analyze people, places and events. 2005 is a "7" (2+0+0+5 = 7) and this number is related to water which correlates with all the storms that we've been having, she said. The new year will also be about "spiritual warfare," she continued, with people asking 'what kind of difference can I make?' Certain number combinations follow people around and could be sending a message, she noted. For instance, if you are often seeing 333 (a 9) this might be telling you it's time to get in touch with your family. She revealed that people who have a Lifepath number of "5" tend to be luckier than others, and are more likely to have gambling wins. It's possible to alter the energy around your home and life by using numbers, McCants said. Here are some examples she gave:To bring a new lov

By the Numbers |

| Monday June 28, 2004 |
Glynis McCants (numberslady.com/ ph.877-686-2373), a professional numerologist, returned to the show, discussing her practice of using numbers to understand relationships, health and global events. Based on Pythagoras' 1-9 system of numerical traits, she said that 2004 is a "6" and is a year that people will focus on marriage and strengthening relationships. 2005 is a "7," she added, where the focus will be more spiritual with people listening to their inner voices. Endeavors that involve luck, such as betting on horse races, can be aided by playing off the particular day's number, McCants said. For instance, if you were betting on a race on the 28th, that is a "1," so horses numbered 1, 5, or 7 might be more likely to win.McCants also shared a method of determining a person's "intensity" number, which she said can come in handy if you only know a person's name rather than their birth date. By listing the numbers that correspond to the letters in their name (such as illustrated

In other Open Lines calls, a man related his "Vision Quest," where he experienced himself as a giant scorpion in a battle with a dragon. Another caller told of seeing the Phoenix Lights, and then being severely harassed by Arizona law enforcement, who eventually claimed they were looking for someone who stole a "potted plant." Numerology Types |
|
| Friday January 2, 2004 |
Glynis McCants (numberslady.com), a professional numerologist, joined guest host Barbara Simpson on Friday night. Using a system Pythagoras created 2,500 years ago, McCants espoused that the numbers 1-9 each "vibrate" with their own energy and are indicators of different personality types. A person's birth date added together yields a 1-9 number and this information can be used in a number of ways, such as to determine their compatibility to another person, she said. Persons' names also have a number (each letter is represented by a number such as shown in this chart) and McCants said that even the first vowel in a person's name can offer telling details about them. For instance, if the letter "a" is the first vowel, such as in the name Jack, that equals a number "1", which indicates they are multitaskers who are self motivated. The vowel "e" is a "5" suggesting "never a dull moment," she continued. Additionally, "i" is a "9" signyfying leadership but unresolved family issues, "o"

A professional numerologist, McCants uses numbers to analyze personal relationships and abilities (Clients can call 1-877-686-2373). She outlined how a person's birth date will yield a digit between 1 and 9, and how each of these numbers has specific meanings and traits. "There are no bad numbers," McCants said, explaining that each of the nine numbers have their positive and negative sides. A person's name also yields a number that holds significance, and sometimes by changing your name, you can affect or increase your energy, she said. Our current year, 2003, is a "5" and McCants commented that this means time will speed by quickly, but she cautioned that people have an increased likelihood for car accidents, as they'll be somewhat distraction prone. "Things will calm down," in 2004, as that year will be a "6," she pointed out. And what's next for McCants? A new book ti
