Michael Menkin
Biography:
Michael Menkin has over 30 years of experience in high technology in marketing and technical writing. He has worked for the Boeing Company, AT&T, Panasonic Avionics, The University of Washington, The University of California San Francisco Medical Center at Mount Zion, The University of California's Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, Pacific Avionics, Western Applied Research and Development, SpaceLabs Medical, and many others. He was one of the original writers of NASA Tech Briefs and contributed to the Federal Government's Technology Utilization Program for disseminating NASA technology to private industry in the 1970's.
He has a B.A. in political science and is a member of the National Honor Society Phi Kappa Phi. He is a member of Sons of the American Revolution, a 32 year member of the United States Naval Institute, and was a Lieutenant, junior grade, in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Starchild and Hybrids
Caretaker of the Starchild Skull, Lloyd Pye returned to share an update on the skull and also offer insights on the alien/human hybrid issue. The Starchild skull, which is estimated to be around 900 years old, was discovered in Mexico next to a human female skull. DNA tests are still inconclusive for the Starchild, he said, and they need nuclear DNA to determine its paternity. Tests have shown that it had a human mother which fits into the collective "Star Being" legends which speak of aliens coming down and impregnating women, he noted.
