Noam Mohr
Biography:
Noam Mohr is a physicist with degrees from Yale and Penn. He has worked on global warming campaigns for the U.S. Public Interest Research Group, for which he published several reports on climate change and fuel economy standards, including Flirting with Disaster, Pumping Up the Price, and Storm Warning.
