Jeff Mudgett
Biography:
Jeff Mudgett is the Great-great Grandson of America's most prolific serial killer, H.H. Holmes (aka The Devil in the White City). He has authored a book called Bloodstains that talks about the horrendous crimes and the fact that Jeff has compiled some important facts that may tie H. H. Holmes to the notorious Jack the Ripper.
