Biography:

Vonda Pelto practiced over 30 years and worked as a psychologist for the country’s most high profile serial killers. Many nights she battled returning nightmares of working in the mens' central jail and dealing with people like Kenneth Bianchi and Charles Manson. During her years at the jail, Vonda made sure to record her observations as her relationships with many of these killers became more and more personal.
