Biography:

Samantha price has a PHD in microbiology from De Montfort University, Leicester. She has now turned her career to science communication and works as a Science Communicator at the Motor Neurone Disease Association. She’s gone from “Bugs to Brains.” She has also worked as a part-time Lecturer and Demonstrator at De Montfort University, teaching the next generation of scientists by sharing her knowledge and passion for the subject. She has undertaken various STEM activities during her role as a volunteer STEM Ambassador including and has also volunteered at the 'BBC bang goes the theory LIVE' tour in Coventry, UK in July 2011.
