Biography:

SQuire Rushnell attended Syracuse University and then followed with a career in television and radio that spanned over 4 decades. He has appeared on several national television programs and was an executive for ABC Network Television on Good Morning America. Squire also fathered the acclaimed Schoolhouse Rock and ABC After School Specials during his stint as ABC Vice President Family Programs. He is the bestselling author of "When God Winks on Love: Let the Power of Coincidence Lead You to Love" and "When God Winks: How the Power of Coincidence Guides Your Life."

Things That Go Bump in the Night

During Friday night's Open Lines callers shared their favorite sci-fi TV shows with George and recounted their own sci-fi/horror stories...Seamus called and reported that he had once filled in for Morgus (see article below) in a parade in New Orleans. He also told George that he had recently seen shadow insects in his office. According to Seamus, the creatures were three times larger than regular ants and moved in a circle on his desk. After a short time, they mysteriously vanished.Another caller related a "monster" story told to him by an acquaintance. Apparently, a group of four guys (including the acquaintance) were dragging a net in a Louisiana swamp and caught something so strong it overpowered all four men and ripped through the net. They watched as the creature swam to shore, ran across the ground and climbed a tree. One of the more intrepid fisherman climbed the tree after it at which time the thing immediately flew away. ...
