Zach Shelton

Biography:

Zach Shelton has a BA in Criminal Justice from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana that he received in 1973. He spent 28 years in Law Enforcement with the FBI and is now retired. Zach is currently the President and Owner of Z. Shelton & Associates, a private investigative firm in Texas. In addition, he has been investigating the assassination of JFK since his retirement in 1998, assisted by approximately eight other retired FBI Agents.

With the 40th anniversary of the JFK assassination just around the corner, Thursday's program featured 4 guests sharing their views of the shattering event. In the first hour,Investigator Zach Shelton and journalist Jim Marrs (jimmarrs.com) appeared together. Shelton gave details of his interview with two FBI agents who were present at the autopsy, as well as his conversation with "James Files," a man who claims to have fired a shot on the grassy knoll and worked for both the Mafia and the CIA. Marrs ultimately pinned the assassination on LBJ and J. Edgar Hoover, who were "both connected to organized crime and hated Kennedy." They were able to sidetrack the investigation and destroy evidence turning the case from "a Texas homicide to a national coup d'etat," he said. A professor and the editor of Assassination Science, Jim Fetzer, was the guest for the middle two hours of the show.
