Biography:

Professor James E. Starrs , known internationally as the man who digs up the dead, has examined the remains of such infamous people as Jesse James and Albert DeSalvo. He is a research professor of law and a professor of forensic science at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Professor Starrs is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and a regular contributor to the Academy News.
