Paranormal/Hoax Research |
|
| Friday October 10, 2008 |
George was joined by investigator Joshua P. Warren, who shared his paranormal/hoax research and took phone calls for all four hours of the program. Warren said paranormal activity seems to increase during the Halloween season. People who wish to experience unusual phenomena at this time of year can employ Dr. Raymond Moody's 'psychomantium technique'âmount a mirror above eye level so that you cannot see your own reflection, darken the room, and look into the center of the mirror for 3-4 minutes. According to Warren, Mark Nesbitt was able to record demonic sounds during a such a session, and some have seen full body apparitions emerge from the mirror. Warren talked about his annual UFO Experience, in which participants build fake UFOs to help researchers determine whether or not UFO footage is genuine. This year's winner, Jim Robison, was able to recreate the 'Phoenix Lights' effect for only $25, Warren announced. He also pointed out that footage from three-time winner,

Ghosts, UFOs & Anomalies |
|
| Tuesday August 19, 2008 |
Investigator Joshua P. Warren returned, sharing his latest research on active paranormal sites, in places such as Puerto Rico. More than ever, he is seeing a relationship between UFOs, ghosts, aliens and cryptids-- and noticing that more than one type of these activities are taking place at specific locales. Time is a key component to paranormal mysteries, he commented, with ghosts tied to the past, and UFOs possibly connected to the bending of time/space. Encounters with balls or spheres of light have been reported all over Puerto Rico, and sometimes people communicate telepathically with them, said Warren. He also discussed ghost photos, such as a 1950 image taken during a remodeling of the White House, which shows a transparent figure. In order to discern true photographic anomalies, he suggested taking photos of various physical phenomena such as dust, insects, and cigarette smoke to see how they appear on your camera. Warren said he was trying to balance his research be

In this special 'trilogy' show, three guests appeared for an hour each.In the second hour, investigative mythologist William Henry spoke about stargates and transformation. Wormholes underpin all reality, but our physical bodies may not be able to access them, he suggested. For this, the human body must undergo a transformation into a light being, he said, noting at this particular juncture, humanity can become more like a machine/computer or choose a more spiritual path.Stan Deyo discussed earth changes during the middle hour. He warned that the North Island in New Zealand could have a volcanic eruption, which may lead to a tidal wave in that region. He also shared details of Hopi prophecy, which predicts increased heat from the sun causing fires, as well as major seismic and volcanic activity, particularly along the West Coast of the United States. Deyo believes this could happen within two years. In the final hour, author and paranormal investigator Joshua P

Non-Human Apparitions |
|
| Saturday August 19, 2006 |
Paranormal investigator and author Joshua P. Warren discussed his latest work on non-human apparitions, including inanimate objects (ghost ships), aliens and pet spirits. He said reports of "phantimals," or animal ghosts, are extremely common. They usually return for a short time, Warren noted, pointing out that pet spirits can often look just as physical as living creatures. Warren talked about research he conducted in Roswell for the Discovery Channel's never-to-air X-Ops show. He said a séance was held in Hanger 84 (where dead alien bodies were supposedly once stored) in the hope of contacting alien ghosts that Roswell residents have reportedly witnessed in the area. According to Warren, several hi-def cameras picked up what appeared to be a large snake-like figure floating over their heads and slithering across the hanger.Warren shared his thoughts about Bigfoot and Mothman, as well as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) and talking with entities in other dimensions. Paranormal Boundaries |
|
| Wednesday March 1, 2006 |
Joshua P. Warren,, author and Pres. of L.E.M.U.R., discussed how ghosts, aliens, cryptids, and other paranormal phenomena are connected. There is an electrical component to these manifestations, which may be resonating at different frequencies. Certain areas on Earth may build up energies, like a capacitor about to discharge and these zones might warp the boundaries between various frequencies. When this happens phenomena on another frequency may appear physical to us, explained Warren. He tested out this theory in Point Pleasant, where many Mothman sightings occurred, but he did not find any unusual readings on his electromagnetic field meters and other equipment. However, at Roswell, as part of the Discovery Channel's X-Ops investigation into "alien ghosts," an unusual presence manifested overhead while the team conducted a séance at Hangar 84, and the chilling footage was captured on video, Warren revealed. L.E.M.U.R. is working on a device to communicate with the dead whic

Investigating Ghosts & the Paranormal |
|
| Wednesday May 25, 2005 |
Researcher Joshua P. Warren returned to discuss evidence of paranormal phenomena, both in the lab and in the field, as well as in the Bermuda Triangle. There is a connection between electricity and unusual phenomena, he believes. Since the electrical charge can be contained in a vacuum, certain locations, at certain times might glean more electricity from this vacuum and release visible energy, he explained. Ghosts are most often seen in low humidity conditions, he said, and may be manipulating electrostatic charges in the environment in order to manifest. Yet the more he studies the phenomenon, he has come to conclude that the vast majority of ghosts are not intelligently interacting, but rather "redundant imprints" from the past. As such, their existence "borders on time travel," he suggested. In one of his investigations, in the attic of a haunted home, he described witnessing a "blue-gray mist" that was 2-ft. in diameter and contained an angular geometric pattern. The app

Plasma Lights and Ghosts |
|
| Monday August 9, 2004 |
Paranormal researcher Joshua P. Warren of L.E.M.U.R. returned to the show, to discuss his team's creation of a plasma that resembles the anomalous Brown Mountain Lights. By reproducing certain elements found at Brown Mountain in their laboratory such as layers of quartz and magnetite (which forms a capacitor), they were able to set off discharges at different angles that created the illusion of a ball of light moving inside a plasma chamber, he explained. Interestingly, he noted that the US is experimenting with plasma for non-lethal weaponry, in which a gun could be set to stun rather than kill. Warren also shared some of his ghost hunting techniques. He said that still cameras are ideal for capturing phenomena because with their high shutter speeds, they can catch things that can't be seen with the naked eye. He also commented that he is partial to digital cameras because they can capture part of the infrared spectrum.

Ghost Hunting |
|
| Monday October 27, 2003 |
For investigator Joshua P. Warren (joshuapwarren) the scientific method is the preferred choice for understanding ghostly phenomenon. As the main guest on Monday night, he laid out a set of tools and procedures for capturing evidence of ghosts. Curiously, he said that ghosts are more likely to be found in a social environment such as a shopping mall, rather than a graveyard. One of the simplest and most effective devices, he advised, is a compass. Because it detects magnetic fields, it can readily serve as an alert to anomalous activity, where the magnetism may suddenly change. Warren also had praise for digital cameras, which provide immediate feedback and have some sensitivity to the infrared spectrum. Setting up a strobe light during an investigation can be useful in being able to see things that are normally moving too fast for the eyes to register, he said. Video cameras, Warren continued, "allow you to see how entities are moving." One noteworthy video he described showed an o
