Bio

Fred Gutierrez is a former clinical psychologist who left his practice. He now travels around doing installs of "water4gas", an affordable and simple technology that converts water into hydrogen that is used as a supplement to gasoline or diesel fuel in order to boost performance and increase miles per gallon. He has installed over five hundred systems on all makes and models of cars including trucks.
