Bob Fletcher is a retired investigative researcher who conducted an probe into the CIA's involvement in U.S. drug trade. His report was presented to several congressmen including Sonny Bono. Days before Bono's mysterious death, his office contacted Bob Fletcher to pursue formal action on the report with an Congressial intelligence committee. The timing of the ski accident was suspect to Fletcher and he concludes that the evidence surrounding the ski accident do not make sense.
