Bio

Marc Gerstein has taught and held research positions at Columbia Business School, Sloan, and McGill University. He currently heads Marc Gerstein Associates, Ltd., a management consulting firm, and is President of the Organization Design Forum. Marc's consulting focuses on fostering innovation, risk management issues such as those discussed in Flirting With Disaster, organization design of complex enterprises, and the strategic role and organizational impact of information technology.
