Bio

Peter Gersten has been a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney in New York City for 25 years and is currently a trial attorney with the Navajo County Public Defenders Office in Northern Arizona. He was the former Director and General Counsel for Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS). In addition, he is popularly known as the UFO Lawyer and is the only attorney to successfully sue the US Government for UFO documents.
