Mysterious Stone Markings

An excavation and restoration of a 200 year old pioneer cemetery has been underway since 2009. This fall, the crew uncovered and restored an ancient stone wall as documented on our website. During the excavations, a few odd stones were found, and this one has left us scratching our heads. It has some strange markings that we are unsure of the origin. The area was settled by Scottish settlers, mostly from the Outer Hebrides Islands of Scotland, so one theory that we have is that it is Ogham writing? We'd love to make contact with an expert in that type of stone writing.
