Being an amateur astronomer, I know the night sky well enough to recognize something different and unusual. Around 8:10PM (sunset) on 6-11-09, I looked up in the southern sky here in Kingman, Arizona, and noticed a very bright oddly shaped point of light. I knew it wasn't Venus because Venus is rising in the mornings now. What did I do? What everyone should do... run back into the house and grab my camera and tripod. After quickly setting it up outside, I took around 13 pictures with different shutter speeds and aperture settings and here is one of those pictures. The only modification to this picture is that I cropped it down a bit. I did some research on the web and found out it might be a NASA project.
