Strange Ice Circles & Aerial Craft

A remarkable discovery has emerged in astrophysics: key properties of the universe have just the right values to make life possible. Most scientists prefer to explain away this uniqueness, insisting that a number of unseen universes must therefore exist, each randomly different. Astrophysicist Bernard Haisch joined George Knapp in the first half of the show to propose the alternative—that the special properties of our universe reflect an underlying intelligent consciousness.

In the second half of the program, veteran journalist Chris Taylor talked about how the Star Wars franchise has conquered our culture with a sense of lightness and exuberance, while remaining serious enough to influence politics, and spread a spirituality that appeals to religious groups and atheists alike.

Strange Ice Circles & Aerial Craft

Show Archive
Date: Friday - January 16, 2004
Host: George Noory
Guests: Linda Moulton Howe, Open Lines

The guest for the first half of Friday's program, investigator Linda Moulton Howe of Earthfiles.com, presented two reports. The first dealt with a mysterious ice circle that was found in Horton, Michigan this past December. What was even more unusual about this case was that the man who discovered the circle had seen a column of "incredibly brilliant white light" appear over the same area about 12 days before he found the formation.

Linda's second report concerned strange aerial craft, that were coincidentally seen just 15 miles east of the ice circle, in Napoleon, Michigan, in around the same time frame in December. She played a tape of her interview with witness Mark Payne who saw two objects that changed their shape "from a bell emitting short beams to a long bar of light to green wings sprouting from the bell-shaped object."

In the second hour, while taking phone calls, Linda shared information about her in-depth research into the animal mutilation mystery. She recalled her interview with the late Col. Philip Corso who told her that the "unusual deaths of animals without blood or tracks" were linked to EBEs according to documents he saw. Clearly, the mutilation cases are type of "genetic harvest," said Linda, though she remains uncertain as to their purpose.

Open Lines

Open Lines were featured in the second half of Friday's show. A woman in rural Washington related a tale of being awakened by a silent black helicopter and then she told of a wire dropping from the ceiling just as she felt her soul was about to be taken.

Another caller presented a curious tale that had occurred to his parents in 1961, when driving through the Detroit/Windsor tunnel they saw a black box on the road. The box grew larger and wider before vanishing into thin air. A "Whistleblower Hotline" was also open, and an FAA employee shared details concerning the lax security at a small airport that Vice President Cheney flies into for hunting trips.
