An expert in hypnosis and time travel, Dr. Bruce Goldberg (drbrucegoldberg(1)), shared cases and techniques of past and future life recall. In one case, which was documented in his book The Search for Grace(2) (also made into a TV movie), Goldberg described how a woman was murdered by the same man in twenty of her past lives. She was finally able to release herself from this cycle by "raising her soul energy," he said.
A person can access their past and future lives via hypnosis by scanning the "Akashic Records," a repository which exists on the "causal" plane or 5th dimension, Goldberg explained. Using this technique, he described a past life he had determined that Art Bell had lived as "Drako," an Atlantean, who had tried to warn his population of an impending catastrophe (see this article(3) for more details). While a guest on the Jerry Springer Show, Goldberg uncovered a future life for Springer, who will be known as "Montana Bobby," 70-80 years from now, harvesting crops on the moon.
All time is simultaneous and that is how we can access our past and future lives, said Goldberg. The "soul plane ascension" is the zone people inhabit when they have completed their set of lives. It's an environment of just "floating heads," as people do not require bodies there, he noted. From there they can choose to either become a spirit guide helping those on Earth, or move on to a higher plane from which there is no return to the lower realms.
