  • About the show

Author Christopher Knight shared his research into Freemasonry, including its rituals and origins. He disputed the idea that the members at the top of the hierarchy, such as 33 Degree Masons had any secretive knowledge, and said in fact they were likely to know less than those with lower degrees.

Knight described his initiation ceremony when he joined a Masonic lodge in England a number of years ago. In the ritual for the First Degree, he was brought into the room blindfolded, with a noose around his neck, and a dagger held to his heart, as he enacted a symbolic rite relating to King's Solomon temple. For the Third Degree, his said part of the ritual was conducted in near darkness.

The roots of Freemasonry extend back to Knights Templar and even to the Sumerians, said Knight. His forensic research has uncovered that civilizations living 5,000 to 6,0000 years ago had a "super science" using incredibly precise astronomical measurements such as the "megalithic yard," which also applied to the Sun and Moon, as well as the Earth. One theory, he is working on to explain their sophisticated knowledge, is that the ancient civilizations may have been visited by time travelers from our future.

    Laura Hatch Case

In the first hour, Shay Nohr, the woman who found 17 year old Laura Hatch eight days after she crashed into a forested area near Seattle, discussed her prophetic dream that led to Laura's discovery. Shay said she had a repeated dream vision of an intersection, and then a second dream with a rabbit, like that from Alice in Wonderland, that said "keep going, keep going." This led her to suggest to her daughter that they go look for the missing girl at that particular intersection. Later, as they found Laura in her car, she said it might have been connected with the fact that a church group was praying that she would be found at around the same time.

    Guest Host

During the latter part of the first hour, George introduced 20 year-old Donald Garcia of Indio, CA, who was born blind, and wants to be a talk show host. He interviewed George about his background in broadcasting and also spoke to a couple of callers.
