Ken Parsons(1), known for his End of the Age teachings, returned to the show to share his interpretations of bible prophecy. Calling Revelation "the most remarkable and amazing" book of the Bible, he said that John was able to "time travel" from the 1st century to the 21st century in order to view events.
Parsons believes John described the Internet, labeling it the "mystery of Babylon," and that he was looking at a "cyber city" in which merchants of the Earth could buy and sell anything they wanted.The Bible prophecy, that ten nations will run the entire world, refers to the European Union, which is now moving into greater power, Parsons declared. He added that the Antichrist will arise out of this organization.
According to his biblical reading, a federation consisting of Russia, Turkey, Sudan, Ethiopia, Libya, Iran, Armenia and Germany will launch a surprise attack on Israel and this will lead into the "last great war" which precedes a 7-year period of tribulation. He also discussed aliens whom he views as "fallen angels" and said that the alien abduction syndrome will be used to explain the sudden absence of people who are taken up during the Rapture.

Meteor Shower

The annual Geminid meteor shower is peaking tonight. The meteors get their name from the constellation they appear to emanate from-- Gemini, the Twins. Because the moon is in a new phase, conditions for viewing should be ideal. In the earlier part of Monday evening, they can be seen halfway up in the sky, later-look overhead.
