Here are some of the highlights:Real estate values have neared their peak and home prices will begin to fall, especially in expensive areas such as California.The stock market is trending downwards and will eventually fall to 4,000 at the bottom of its current cycle. Gold and silver are in the midst of a bull market, and will continue to be a good value for the next few years. Silver will especially rise in price because supplies are diminishing due to increased usage in industrial applications.
