Wells interviewed distinguished author Ray Bradbury, who covered various topics, including the importance of love, the miracle of the universe, and the greatness of America. Bradbury briefly discussed how he got the idea for his famous literary work, Fahrenheit 541. John also read passages from Bradbury's The Martian Chronicles.

The remainder of the show was devoted to Open Lines.
