Medium and healer Rosemary Altea discussed her work communicating with spirits on the other side. As a child, she viewed her special visions as a curse-- it wasn't till she was in her 30's that she came to accept her ability to speak with the dead as a gift. She often works with her spirit guide, Grey Eagle, who told her he'd lived a life as an Apache.

While such abilities come to her naturally, people can develop more awareness, Altea said. She suggested an exercise for those who have lost a loved one: Sit in a quiet room for 10 minutes a day and calmly declared - 'this is my time to be with you,' and then pay careful attention to what you hear.
Altea recounted a vivid case in Florida where she communicated with the spirit of a deceased serial killer who was haunting the home of a woman he'd earlier planned to kill. As she moved about in the home, she felt a sensation akin to being punched in the stomach.

Energy & Disclosure

First hour guest Dr. Steven Greer shared an update on disclosure and alternative energy. Countries other than the United States have begun a policy of openness about UFOs, releasing formerly classified documents, but new energy systems are still being suppressed, he noted. An offshoot of the Disclosure Project, the Orion Project seeks to bring the best scientists together to openly explore new energy devices.
