Our Dream World

George Noory was live in the first hour with Dr. Norman Shealy, author of Pony Wisdom For the Soul, an allegory about the true nature of consciousness. Shealy said the book is based on his correspondences with an intuitive woman who claimed to have received knowledge directly from Yeshua (Jesus). According to her, everything that we see around us is a dream. Shealy pointed out that our souls remain in a cycle of death and rebirth until we reach a state of "ultimate enlightenment," when we finally wake from the dream. Shealy said we attain this consciousness by realizing that we have no right to harm other people.

Mexico Creature Photo

Appearing briefly at the start of the program, paranormal investigator Joshua P. Warren provided an update on a strange little creature found caught in a trap in Mexico. A photo and more information about the creature is available at joshuapwarren.com.

    Parrot Proves Birds Can Dance

A dancing parrot named Snowball has shown researchers that birds really do dance to music. Dr Aniruddh Patel, of the Neurosciences Institute in San Diego, California, was so 'stunned' by a popular YouTube video of Snowball moving in near-perfect time to the Backstreet Boys' song "Everybody," that he went to see the sulphur-crested cockatoo in person. Patel increased and decreased the music's tempo and found that the bird is in fact listening to and following along with the beat. More info at ScienceNOW.
