A Ray of Light
The first hour of the program offered a beacon of hope via Dr. Steven Greer's exciting announcement of the development of a new zero point energy apparatus. "It appears we have found a Holy Grail type device," Greer said. He's set up a company called
Space Energy Access Systems to promote such innovations. "This is the most astounding…object I've ever seen in my life," he exclaimed, saying that the plan was to test and then make a prototype of it, before it was introduced to the public at large. The device which collects its own energy could fully power cars, homes and industries. Greer said that one reason he made this announcement on
Coast was to prevent this amazing development from being suppressed or eliminated, as has often happened with energy advancements in the past.

Next Stop Armageddon
"The time is coming when all that is familiar and all that we hold dear is going to be taken away," author and biblical prophecy expert Hal Lindsey (
website) said this past Thursday night. Lindsey who has studied prophecy for 47 years, described how the current path to Armageddon was set into motion when Israel received statehood in 1948. He named Russia ("the descendants of Magog") as being the nation that would provide weapons of war to countries surrounding Israel for this great final battle. Meanwhile, Lindsey said the "Kings of the East," a hegemony established by China, would be mounting a 200 million strong army to also wage war.
In his studies of Islam, Lindsey concluded that around 10% of the Muslim population could be classified as fundamentalists. This figure yields a staggering 130 million people who could be prone to violent fanaticism he believes. On the subject of the Antichrist, Lindsay indicated this person would rise to power after being miraculously healed from a mortal wound. It is at this point he will be possessed by the devil.

Hal Lindsey, in his recent book
The Everlasting Hatred: The Roots of Jihad, writes about what he perceives as an ancient fight-to-the-death conflict between Judeo-Christian and Islamic orders. In an essay on his website, titled
The Islamic Mindset, he comments that the US needs to realize "how official Muslim clerics think, or we will perish under nuclear rubble." According to Lindsey, many of these clerics preach that the US and the West are "The Great Satan," and the supreme enemy of Islam.
"A nuclear-armed Muslim suicide bomber who kills a few million 'infidels' would be considered among the highest pantheon of Muslim martyrs," Lindsey continues. Though he doesn't believe that all Muslims are our enemies, he says there is particular danger from Muslim men between the ages of 18 to 45. Lindsey advocates the profiling of Muslims and Mosques in the US. "If this is done prudently," he writes, "it will verify who are our Muslim friends are who are our enemies."
