Investigators Debra Cunningham and Howard 'Dru' Strom (website) presented their research on the Philadelphia Experiment when they appeared on Monday night's show. "Our focus is solely on looking for evidence we can substantiate from the government," Strom said. To that end they have collected a wealth of declassified "secret" documents, which they believe indicate that the Navy has been and still is involved with experimentation with time travel and teleportation.
The log of the S.S. Andrew Furuseth (a ship they believed loaded injured sailors from the USS Eldridge which had conducted the invisibility experiments) shows erasures which substantiate the idea of a cover-up, Strom and Cunningham contend. Through fragmentary evidence such as this, in addition to the witness account of Carlos Miguel Allende, they have pieced together a story which suggests four naval ships were involved in the "Philadelphia Experiment" in 1943.
Interestingly, Strom who served for 22 years in the US Marine Corps, said he saw a ship suddenly materialize in the waters off San Diego in 1992, lending credence to the idea that the Navy is still using this kind of technology. Further, Strom believes they have the ability to travel both forward and backward in time, and that the "Navy rewrote US world history."
