Matt Savinar, the author and administrator of Life After the Oil Crash.net(1), detailed how worldwide oil production will peak in our near future. The data he has accumulated about "peak oil" is backed by geologists and petroleum engineers, he said.
On the downside of the peak, which Savinar speculated could occur as early as 2007, oil will become so expensive it will no longer be a resource, he said. Outlining a bleak future where oil and food costs will skyrocket, he foresees the US heading into a deep economic depression. Depopulation will also occur as resources go down, he added.
Savinar was not bullish on alternative energy, calling such options as hydrogen, a "myth," and highly impractical for replacing the current oil and gas structure, though he did say a "trash into gas" technique called thermal depolymerization showed some promise.

Gilliland Ranch UFO

"This picture was taken by Spar Guideman in November 2003 at the Gilliland ranch when he saw an object that looked out of the ordinary," writes past C2C guest James Gillilandof eceti.org(1).
"Upon blowing up the object (click here to view) we realized it was what seemed to be a large cylinder with brilliant light coming from the bottom and emissions coming out the sides. The distance makes it impossible to be a bird due to the fact it is around 12 miles away and hovering at an unknown distance from the camera," said Gilliland. View the original photo here.
